Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened food, treats, supplements, litter and grooming products can only be returned if they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Then we cover it.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
